My newest toy is the VX-7RB quad bander. Contrary to what many say about these tiny radios, they’re not that difficult to use. Once you learn the interface, they’re very consistent. I did, however, have a problem using it in scan mode. The unit would lock up and the only solution was to take out the battery. Turns out that the microprocessor needed to be rebooted, and after that, I’ve had no problems.
